We had an excellent response to the appeal for knitted hats. Altogether 252 hats, 24 pairs of mittens, 15 scarves and 9 jumpers were donated.. Tracey Sinton has packed 85 hats to take to an orphanage in Belarus next week, and the remaining hats have been uplifted with the shoe boxes for the Blythswood Shoe Box Appeal.
This has been an amazing project completed in such a short time. The hats looked wonderful when they were all laid out, every colour shape and size. What an amazing sight - all sent to different places in the world 'with love' from Armadale Parish Church.
