There is a Redeemer,
Jesus, God’s own Son,
precious Lamb of God, Messiah,
Holy One.

Thank You, O my Father,
for giving us Your Son,
and leaving Your Spirit
till the work on earth is done.

Jesus, my Redeemer,
name above all names,
precious Lamb of God, Messiah,
O for sinners slain:

When I stand in glory
I will see His face,
and there I’ll serve my King for ever
in that holy place

great things He hath done;
so loved He the world
that He gave us His Son;
who yielded His life
an atonement for sin,
and opened the life gate
that all may go in.

let the people rejoice:
O come to the Father,
through Jesus the Son
and give Him the glory;
great things He hath done!

O perfect redemption,
the purchase of blood!
to every believer the promise of God;
the vilest offender who truly believes,
that moment from Jesus
a pardon receives.
