1. Welcome and Intimations

  2. Prayer and Lord’s Prayer

    Our Father, who art in heaven,
    hallowed be thy name;
    thy kingdom come;
    thy will be done;
    on earth as it is in heaven.
    Give us this day our daily bread.
    And forgive us our trespasses,
    as we forgive those who trespass against us.
    And lead us not into temptation;
    but deliver us from evil.
    For thine is the kingdom,
    the power, and the glory
    for ever and ever.
    Amen.

  3. CH4 160 Praise, My Soul, the King of Heaven

    1. Praise, my soul, the King of heaven;
      to His feet thy tribute bring;
      ransomed, healed, restored, forgiven,
      who like me His praise should sing?
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Praise the everlasting King.

    2. Praise Him for His grace and favour
      to our fathers, in distress;
      praise Him still the same for ever,
      slow to chide, and swift to bless.
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Glorious in His faithfulness.

    3. Father-like He tends and spares us;
      well our feeble frame He knows;
      in His hands He gently bears us,
      rescues us from all our foes.
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Widely as His mercy flows.

    4. Frail as summer’s flower we flourish;
      blows the wind and it is gone;
      but, while mortals rise and perish,
      God endures unchanging on.
      Praise Him ! Praise Him !
      Praise Him! Prasie Him !
      Praise the high eternal One.

    5. Angels, help us to adore Him;
      ye behold Him face to face;
      sun and moon, bow down before Him;
      dwellers all in time and space.
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Praise Him! Praise Him!
      Praise with us the God of grace.

    1. Psalm 36:5-10
    2. John 2:1-11

  4. CH4 603 For Your Gift of God the Spirit

    1. For your gift of God the spirit,
      with us, in us, always true,
      pledge of life and hope of glory,
      Saviour, we would worship you.

    2. He who in creation’s dawning
      brooded on the pathless deep,
      still across our nature’s darkness
      moves to wake our souls from sleep.

    3. He it is, the living author,
      wakes to life the sacred word,
      reads with us the Bible story
      and reveals our risen Lord.

    4. He it is who works within us,
      teaching rebel hearts to pray,
      he whose fervent intercessions
      rise for us both night and day.

    5. Fill us with your grace and goodness,
      God the Father, Spirit, Son;
      in us, through us, now and always,
      may your perfect will be done.

  6. CH4 336 Christ Is Our Light

    1. Christ is our light! the bright and morning star
      covering with radiance all from near and far.
      Christ be our light, shine on, shine on we pray
      into our hearts, into our world today.

    2. Christ is our love! baptized that we may know
      the love of God among us, swooping low.
      Christ be our love, bring us to turn our face
      and see in you the light of heaven’s embrace.

    3. Christ is our joy! transforming wedding guest!
      Through water turned to wine the feast was blessed.
      Christ be our joy; your glory let us see,
      as your disciples did in Galilee.

  9. CH4 251 I the Lord of sea and sky

    1. I, the Lord of sea and sky,
      I have heard My people cry;
      all who dwell in dark and sin
      My hand will save.
      I who made the stars of night,
      I will make their darkness bright.
      Who will bear My light to them?
      Whom shall I send?

      Here I am, Lord.
      Is it I, Lord?
      I have heard You calling in the night.
      I will go, Lord,
      if You lead me;
      I will hold Your people in my heart.

    2. I, the Lord of snow and rain,
      I have borne My people’s pain;
      I have wept for love of them –
      they turn away.
      I will break their hearts of stone,
      give them hearts for love alone;
      I will speak My word to them.
      Whom shall I send?

      Here I am, Lord.
      Is it I, Lord?
      I have heard You calling in the night.
      I will go, Lord,
      if You lead me;
      I will hold Your people in my heart.

    3. I, the Lord of wind and flame,
      I will tend the poor and lame,
      I will set a feast for them –
      My hand will save.
      Finest bread I will provide
      till their hearts are satisfied;
      I will give My life to them.
      Whom shall I send?

      Here I am, Lord.
      Is it I, Lord?
      I have heard You calling in the night.
      I will go, Lord,
      if You lead me;
      I will hold Your people in my heart.
